We also appreciate a client who seeks design and renovation ideas, but would like to take the reins of project management, vendor liaisons and administration. We can structure a consultation package to suit the client’s needs, capacity, and style. A sample package might look like the following:
Virtual or in-home two-hour consultation.
Two design schemes per room.
A curated a list of furniture pieces, fixtures, hardware, paint colors and wall decor.
Staging Services
A tastefully staged home can elevate the buyer’s experience and shorten the length of time a home remains on the market. For the client looking to edit and style a home in preparation for a photo shoot or an open house, we offer consultation and staging services.
